Foreign trade Assistant
Job responsibilities:
1. Implement the company's trade business, implement trade rules, and explore markets;
2. Responsible for contacting customers, preparing quotations, participating in business negotiations, and signing contracts;
3. Responsible for production tracking, delivery, and on-site supervision of installation;
4. Responsible for document review, customs declaration, settlement, after-sales service, etc.;
5. Customer expansion and maintenance;
6. Organize and archive business-related data;
7. Report on relevant business work.
Qualification:
1. College degree or above, major in international trade, business English;
2. At least 2 years of business operation experience in the trade field, working experience in a foreign company is preferred;
3. Be familiar with trade operation procedures and relevant laws and regulations, and have professional knowledge in the field of trade;
4. Have a high level of English and a good level of computer operation. Those with customs declaration certificates and other relevant trade operation certificates are preferred;
5. Have good business development capabilities and business negotiation skills, strong public relations awareness, strong professionalism, teamwork spirit and independent ability, and have the courage to pioneer and innovate.
